Do I need to change how I design?

No. Memori works alongside whatever design tools you already use — Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, anything. You design your proof the same way you always have, then upload it to the order. Memori handles everything that happens before and after the design itself.

What happens when I hit 25 orders on Starter?

You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro before you can open new orders. Your existing orders and all their data stay exactly where they are — nothing is lost or locked. For most studios, 25 active orders at a time is plenty at the Starter level, but if you're consistently busy, Pro removes the limit entirely.

What does the client portal look like to my clients?

Your client gets a simple, clean page with their proof displayed clearly — no login, no account creation, no confusion. They see the proof, any notes you've left, and two buttons: approve or request changes. On the Pro plan and above, the portal is fully white-labeled on your own domain — your clients never see Memori's name.

Can I switch plans or cancel any time?

Yes, always. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, your account stays active until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your data is always yours.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all features on your chosen plan. If you decide Memori isn't right for your studio, just don't add a payment method and your account closes automatically at the end of the trial.

I'm not very technical. Will I be able to set this up?

Memori was built by a print and design studio — not a software company. We built it for ourselves first, and we are not technical people. Most studios are up and running with their first real order in under an hour. The Enterprise plan includes onboarding calls, a dedicated account manager, and quarterly check-ins if you'd like hands-on support.
