No. Memori works alongside whatever design tools you already use — Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, anything. You design your proof the same way you always have, then upload it to the order. Memori handles everything that happens before and after the design itself.
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro before you can open new orders. Your existing orders and all their data stay exactly where they are — nothing is lost or locked. For most studios, 25 active orders at a time is plenty at the Starter level, but if you're consistently busy, Pro removes the limit entirely.
Your client gets a simple, clean page with their proof displayed clearly — no login, no account creation, no confusion. They see the proof, any notes you've left, and two buttons: approve or request changes. On Pro and Enterprise, the portal shows your studio name and domain, not Memori's.
Yes, always. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, your account stays active until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your data is always yours.
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all features on your chosen plan. If you decide Memori isn't right for your studio, just don't add a payment method and your account closes automatically at the end of the trial.
